On 20th August, 2024 ปีที่ 12 ฉบับที่ 8 กิจกรรมสาขา 25 Cheese Board Workshop! In our Economics of Small and Medium Enterprise Management class, we learned how to create a cheese or charcuterie board featuring a variety of cheeses, including Cheddar, Edam, Gouda, Henri Willi smoked cheese, Brie, Camembert, and Feta. We also explored different cheese pairings and tasted new combinations with baguette, crackers, fruits, dried fruits, meats, and spreads. Who knows—this cheese board could inspire your future business venture!
