จ cases resulting in serious damage to the university. However, disputes at autonomous universities, both those that can and cannot be mediated, are not yet covered by law. It is recommended to amend the Act on Establishment of Administrative Courts and Administrative Court Procedures B.E. 2542, by allowing administrative agencies to mediate administrative disputes before bringing cases to court, and to draft “The University Regulations on Administrative Dispute Mediation, B.E. ….”, to be the authoritative framework regarding the mediation of administrative disputes at autonomous universitie.
