จ not conflict with regulations and laws pertaining to the rights and freedoms of Thai citizens. It is also proposed to amend the law written in the Nationality Act, B.E. 2508 by adding “A Thai national who also holds another nationality, must notify officials regarding such nationality, following a prescribed form and procedure”, in order to establish regulations, whereby Thais holding dual nationality are treated fairly, and to formally enforce the collection of personal information of citizens holding dual nationality.
