ฉ the trainers’ experience, personal judgement, and traditions that have been passed on from generation to generation. Such subjective punishments have resulted in severe injuries or loss of life, and violate human rights under the constitution, as the trainee could not have legally consented to such abusive punishment. The creation of explicit procedures and methods based on academic principles, which explain disciplinary action, is not only beneficial to physical and mental education, but also gives reasons for punishment, when it is solely for the purpose of training, and whether it violates the law. This research proposed to amend the codes of disciplinary action, at the police sergeant training course B.E. 2560 at the Region 9 Provincial Training Centre, by adding number 12, in which the principles of sports science regarding posture are described, and which should be adhered to.
