จ บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ Abstract Thesis Title : Legislative Development on The Protection of Victims Domestic Violence Student's Name : Miss PITSINEE MAIKONG Advisory Committee : Professor Dr. KORAKOD TONGKACHOK Degree and Program : Master of Laws in Laws Academic Year : 2023 This research aimed to study the laws, concepts, theories, and principles related to the protection of victims of domestic violence and to analyze structural problems at the Community Family Development Center, including the responsibilities of its personnel in following the laws for the protection of victims of domestic violence at the community level. This qualitative research was conducted by studying laws on the protection against domestic violence, following Thai law, Malaysian Federal Law, Commonwealth of Australia Law (Australian Capital Territory), and United States Law, to create a legal mechanism at the community level for the protection against domestic violence, including guidelines for the protection of victims of domestic violence. The study found that the laws to protect victims of domestic violence at the community level in the Commonwealth of Australia (Australian Capital Territory) and the United States describe the responsibilities of individual personnel working at the organizations tasked with the protection of victims of domestic violence at the community level. Victims of domestic violence are particularly included in the Australian Domestic Violence Agencies Act of 1986 and the US Family Violence Prevention and Services Improvement Act of 2021 (FVPSA). Thailand, however, only defines the responsibilities for the protection of victims of domestic violence on operational levels, namely; national, provincial, and community. The Family
