ฉ Protection and Development Act B.E. 2562 states that the prot ection of domestic violence victims at the community level is the responsibility of the Community Family Development Center, but there is no legislation defining the systematic structure and responsibilities of personnel at the Community Family Development Center. Therefore, consideration to improve, amend, or add to the law by determining the structure and responsibilities of personnel working at the Community Family Development Center tasked with the fair control, prevention, and solution of domestic violence at the community level, should be in line with the protection mechanisms for victims of domestic violence at the community level in Australia (Australian Capital Territory) and the United States.
