ง บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ Abstract Independent study Title : Legal Measures in Criminal Proceedings in Juvenile and Family Court Using Electronic System Student's Name : Mister RATCHAWUT CHORDOK Advisory Committee : Associate Professor PAPONTEE TEERAPHAN Degree and Program : Master of Laws in Laws Academic Year : 2023 This research study aimed to: 1) analyze problems of criminal proceedings in juvenile and family courts using electronic system; 2) investigate theoretical concepts and laws related to criminal proceedings in juvenile and family courts using electronic system; and 3) develop laws enforcing criminal proceedings in juvenile and family courts using electronic system. This is documentary research and in-depth interviews leading to problem analysis. The research findings revealed that the application of electronic system in criminal proceedings in juvenile and family courts under the Juvenile and Family Court and Criminal Proceedings in Juvenile and Family Court Act B.E. 2553, the Criminal Code, and Regulations of the Chief Justice on Witness Examination through video conference B.E. 2556. Moreover, there are also legal provisions that are inappropriate for current situations due to the limitation that the laws are not enacted in juvenile and family court, which obviously applies to electronic system for criminal proceedings in juvenile and criminal court. It therefore suggested that there should be enforcement of the regulations of the chief justice on criminal proceedings in juvenile and family courts so that the electronic system can then be concretely applied to criminal proceedings in juvenile and family court.
