Clasification of Fishing Fleet 26 The shape and type of fishing fleets is different, this is caused by differences in the purpose of fishing effort, target species in fishing effort and water conditions. Therefore, the classification of fishing boats also vary both by means of ship propulsion, fleet size, fleet function, group type fishing gears, and according to the scale of fishing effort.
