How does human rights function properly to the forgotten group (Rohingyas)? Saovanee Kaewjullakarn and Arnon Sriboonroj 1 Introduction This picture illustrates the consequence of violence between Buddhist Rakhine and Muslim Rohingyas during June 2012 and October 2013. This situation led to loss over a hundred lives, eradication of thousands homes and displacement of some thousands of Rohingyas.
