and UN human rights treaties play an important role to protect human rights in global system. CEDEW and CRC conventions are also key human rights instruments which were ratified by GOM. For this reason, UN can use these legal tools to force GOM to respect, protect and fulfil human rights. Additional, EU may impose non humanitarian assistance as well as non being trade partner against GOM because GOM seriously breaches the rights of ethic group. It is obviously to say that bias is one of the main obstacles which has led the human rights situation in Myanmar become worse. GOM attempts to differentiate Royingyas from other ethnic groups. They are also discriminated by 1982 Citizenship law. This law leads Rohingyas become stateless. The statelessness condition causes other forms of persecution and exploitation. In order to handle with prejudice, education is the answer of this issue.
