The Utilization of Fish Landing Port For Fishing Fleet/ Fish Transporting Fleet Based on Fishery Law Ema Septaria and Muhammad Yamani 1 Abstract This article aims to elaborate regulations related to the utilization of fish landing port (PPI) in Bengkulu city in order to see the correspondence between das sollen and das sein conducted by fishing fleets and fish transport fleet. This article used yuridical normative method especially to inventory the positive law in fisheries law in relation to the utilization of fish landing port in the city of Bengkulu.
