A Critical Analysis of Whether NYPE 2015 can Achieves its Aims NYPE 2015 is the attempt of BIMCO to make NYPE more modern and gain the world’s attention. It is created to be appropriate for the current chartering practice and removes the requirement for many additional clauses. The positive side of this form is that it is user-friendly, and has, in the charterparty, newer BIMCO clauses incorporated.
