Under its importance, each State has its own and different programs and procedures. Especially in Juvenile Justice, the procedure and the mechanism differ regarding to State policies and purposes. In Indiana, Juvenile Justice issues are broadly interesting, such as jurisdiction and preliminary proceedings of Indiana Juvenile Court in criminal case. This article, therefore, demonstrates the significant law on the jurisdiction and preliminary proceedings of Indiana Juvenile Court in criminal case, its explanations and analyses compared to Juvenile and Family Court in Thailand. I am, at the end, hoping that the differences analyzed in this article will lead the further development for Thailand Juvenile Justice.
