Inaddition, to analyze legal issues and legal measures related to management.Once the data is available, the researchers will conduct a content analysisthat will analyze legal issues in the management of stray dogs in Thailand. Theresults showed that many measures still have practical problems. There are alsoinsufficient measures to deal with the problem of stray dogs, as evidenced bythe increasing trend of stray dogs every year. As a result, Thailand continuesto suffer from stray dogs. For example, problems with human hygiene, problemswith being maligned by dogs, problems with nuisances and practical problems.The problem with human hygiene is rabies. Problems with being maligned by dogsinclude being bitten by a dog, being bitten by a dog, being roared by a dog,and being leapt by a dog that causes harm to people. Nuisance issues such asexcretions in road problems, howls and problems swarming through piles ofrubbish affect foreign citizens and tourists. Practical problems include theunpreparedness of the agency and the lack of public cooperation in implementingthe measures put in place by the government. Keywords: legal measures, stray dogs
