237 Abstract The objective of this article is the concepts of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) implementation with law enforcement for Waste Management in Thailand that was authorized by Local Administrative Organization. However, variance types of waste are hard to regulate and gives environmental pollution, then it need to remove some types of waste from Local Administrative Organization’s authority. The important of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) implementation efficiency toward Products Waste Management in European Union Law had significant basic principle that “Whenever the manufacturer have legal responsibility, products must taking-back and recycling, then manufacturer have been create method to reduce cost of products effect on the environment” At Present, Thailand is not implement EPR into related law on Waste Management. Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) tended to be tools that can help Waste Management through policy formulation, legal, and preparation of projects for the Industrial Sector which extends manufacturer responsibility entire environment since the design, distribution, taking- back, collection, reuse, recycling, and treatment. This measure will reduce the effect of environment and the responsibility of consumers, retailers, government, especially Local Administrative Organization, that The Storage System and Waste Disposal was not proper to environmental basic principles.
