Gambling is also effected by technology that have changed to Online Gambling. This research aims to demonstrate the problem of Gambling law enforcement especially, Online Gambling law in Thailand. Moreover the research recommends ways to enhance legal measurement and penalty to online gambling. The methodology of this research is to study and reach information from research, Thesis, regulations, relevant laws, both Thai and foreign then the information is applied for analyzing a problem and difference between Thai and Foreign online gambling law. A recommendation will lead to the development, improvement and correction of legal measurement for more suitable and up to date. The result showed that the legislation in Thailand is outmoded. There is not amendment since 1962 which is the latest amendment since first publication of Gambling Act in 1934 moreover there are not precisely measurement to solve the problem of prevention and suppression of online gambling as clearly as foreign law. Online Gambling case is decided by analogy to the provision most nearly applicable by Gambling Act and Thailand’s Computer-related Crime Act 2017 Besides, this result showed that Online Gambling has high value in economics system and Online Gambling is Black Economy which government lack of opportunity to collect tax. Therefor, It is necessary to legalize Online Gambling under government’s control.
