Keywords : entrepreneur, electronic commerce, tax บทนา ในปัจจุบันกระแสและวิวัฒนาการของการค้าขายในโลกออนไลน์ได้เจริญก้าวหน้า และมีความ เปลี่ยนแปลงตลอดเวลาประกอบกับการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด (COVID-19) ทาให้ผู้ประกอบการต้อง ปรับเปลี่ยนกลยุทธ์ในการซื้อขายสินค้าอุปโภคและบริโภค โดยหันมาใช้ช่องทางในการขายออนไลน์กันมากขึ้น จะเห็นได้ว่ามีผู้ประกอบการพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในประเทศไทยเปิดร้านค้าออนไลน์เพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 50 สังเกตได้จากปี 2562 มีร้านค้าออนไลน์ 3,400 ร้าน และในปี 2563 มีร้านค้าออนไลน์เพิ่มขึ้น 5,000 ร้าน ซึ่ง เป็นการเจริญเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็ว คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46 และมีการจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งธุรกิจในปี 2564 จานวน 72,958 ราย เพิ่มขึ้นจากปี 2563 ร้อยละ 15 [1] อีกทั้ง การซื้อของออนไลน์นั้น ผู้บริโภคได้ใช้ช่องทางต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ Shopee ร้อยละ 25.38, Lazada ร้อยละ 21.62, Facebook ร้อยละ 15.96, Line ร้อยละ 12.92, Website ร้อยละ 15, Twitter ร้อยละ 1.9 เป็นต้น [2] ทาให้ผู้ประกอบการหันมาใช้ช่องทางดังกล่าวในการ ทาธุรกรรมเพิ่มมากขึ้น
