Abstract
This research aims to apply Agile for development information systems. Case study of student’s project
management, Hatyai University. The five key principles in developing an information system as follows. 1) Focus
on customer satisfaction 2) Ready for change 3) delivered frequently 4) measure the progress of the process
system 5)reduce duplication of work. Present a significant problem in developing information systems are delivery
delays, the system is not flexible and not responding to meet the needs of users. From the comparison of systems
between Agile method and SDLC found that the timing of delivery is different. Agile method delivery defined
often as weekly but SDLC method will be delivered as a monthly sequence which uses very long time.
Comparison of systems on Agile method with Waterfall Model found that Waterfall Model is fixed on step cause
of each step is not flexible. Agile method features are we can measure the work evenly over time. If it has any
problems during the process it will be corrected an error immediately and without dismantling the entire system.
The results found that Agile method are used for development information systems. Case study of student’s
project management, Hatyai University. The information system meets the needs of users. And delivery project
meets a timelines.
