producing and distributing energy product) are:

Overall CIs in this research are the aggregations of
knowledge, attitude, and emotional perception toward
energy organization, by mass media exposure, product
using, services, and interactive with organization
servants,[18].The combination set of perceptions have
had crucial differentiated from pervious study, in this
research CI dimensions are not outstanding CI dimension,
but are grouped combination among various set of CI
issue, such as the first CI dimension: “combination of the
belief of executive and organization morals, service of
petrol station, product quality, administration and service
staff [2]
”, or the fourth CI dimension: “promotion of
organization image; the popular and rewarded product,
and high
priced stock[3]
”.
Although, this research found main dimensions of
indicators are same previous theoretical, and research
like: organizational trustworthy, the executive efficiency
and operation organization. The crucial differentiate
indicators, however; are the first dimension “the
combination of the belief of executive and organization
morals, service of petrol station, product quality,
administration and service staff, and the fourth dimension
“The promotion of organization image; the popular and
rewarded product, and high
priced stock. Both indicator
dimensions are the new ones, the first one is an
aggregation of organizational, products, services, and
personal perception; whereas, the second one is an
aggregation of organization communication, sale
promotion, popularity of product, and organizational
value in stock market perception; this result can imply
consumers adjust energy corporate by overall emotional,
attitude toward the organization.
Particularly, energy product trustworthiness along
with belief executive and organization morals and
experience with organization personal and service, can
imply that well service management, and communicate
good energy organization image can improve product
image, and add value for product.
Energy CIs in this research are similar to several Total
Quality (TQM) evaluation criteria; main criteria that
consistent with energy CI indicator dimensions is
leadership criteria, and quality of product and service; for
more detail please follow Table VI.
