1134 การประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติมหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ ครั้งที่ 28 ประจ�าปี 2561 P72 1 การหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างค่าคุณภาพ Gel Time และ Buffer Capacity กับการควบคุม กระบวนการผลิตของเรซิน SE0 โดยใช้เครื่องมือทางสถิติ Determining the correlation between the quality value of gel time and buffer capacity with the control of the production process of resin SE0 using statistical tools อารียา เหลาพันนา 1 * , ฐิติมา นิติโชติ 2 , พีระ ทองมี 3 , ปรีดาภรณ์ กาญจนสาราญวงศ์ 3 Ariya Laopanna 1 * , Thitima Nitichot 2 , Peera Thongmee 3 , Preedaporn Kanjanasamranwong 3 บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างค่าคุณภาพ gel time และ buffer capacity กับ การควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตของเรซิน SE0 โดยใช้เครื่องมือทางสถิติ และเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการและ ค่าคุณภาพให้มีความแปรปรวนน้อยลง โดยข้อมูลจะมีทั้งหมด 2 ชุด คือ Mel 10 % และ Mel 12 % โดยนาข้อมูลของแต่ละ ชุดมาวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพของการวัด วิเคราะห์ความสามารถของกระบวนการ วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มของความสัมพันธ์ และ ทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างค่าคุณภาพ gel time และ buffer capacity กับการควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต โดยใช้ สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ค่าคุณภาพ gel time (ข้อมูลทั้ง 2 ชุด) ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการ ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต ส่วนค่าคุณภาพ buffer capacity ( Mel 10 %) มีความสัมพันธ์กับ cool down time และค่า คุณภาพ buffer capacity ( Mel 12 %) มีความสัมพันธ์กับ Condensation cut ( Viscosity cut ) และ Total NaOH ที่ ระดับนัยสาคัญ 0 . 05 คาสาคัญ : ค่าคุณภาพ การควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน Abstract The objectives of this research were to study the correlation between the quality value of gel time and buffer capacity with the control of the production process of resin SE0 by using statistical tools and find out the ways to improve the process and quality value by reducing variance . There were 2 sets of data; set 1 : Mel 10 % and set 2 : Mel 12 %. Then brought each of them to analyze efficiency of measurement, process performance, the relational trend and correlation test with Spearman correlation coefficient between quality value of gel time and buffer capacity and the process of production control . And the results found the quality value of gel time had no correlation to the process of production control both sets of data, quality value of buffer capacity in set 1 had correlation to cool down time and quality value of buffer capacity in set 2 had correlation to cool down time condensation cut ( viscosity cut ) and total NaOH at a statistical significance level of 0 . 05 .
