The leeches are most common parasites in Rice-field Crab and they are parasitic parasites by suck the blood of host which if high infection, the host must die. Objective : To identify of leeches found in Rice-field Crab from Tambon Koh Tao, Phapayom District, Phatthalung Province. Methods : The swampy areas were selected by random sampling area were used in this study. The bottom of the area is mud or sand surface. Total sixty-four of Rice-field Crab was collect for examine of leeches infection by separate to male and female crab specimens. In the process, Individual Rice-field Crab was tear and observe the leeches by eye inspection. After that, the leeches morphology was studied and record the data of leeches were found. Analysis of the data with statistics Chi-Square test. Results : Sixty-two of Rice-field Crab was infected by freshwater leeches, them can classified by morphology study into three genus and five species included Genus Placobdalla : Placobdella sp.1 and Placobdella sp.2., Genus Batracobdella : Batracobdella mahabiri and Genus Hemiclepsis : H. marginata asiatica and H. bhatiai . The high of infection by freshwater leeches was found in male crab of H. bhatiai (498 leech) and female crab of H. marginata asiatica (474 leeches), respectively.
