1156 การประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติมหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ ครั้งที่ 29 ประจำปี 2562 วิจัยและนวัตกรรมเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน Culture of Freshwater Crayfish with different feeds Surapee Prachumpon 1* Chongdee Srinoparatawatana 2 and Jamree Krueahong 3 Abstract Introduction : Crayfish are known locally as the ornamental lobsters, which are popular due to their color. They have been normally bred for humans to eat; however, no source has mentioned on which types of food that help them to grow up. Although they are colorful shellfish, their color, for a long, can be faded based on the lack of Carotenoids – the color substances. Objectives : The research aimed to study food on growth performance, survival rate and the skin color of crayfish. Methodology : This research had studied crayfish were fed with different diets with four different diets: com- mercial feed, Fresh thai fairy shrimp, Frozen Thai fairy shrimp and Riceland Prawn for twelve weeks. The skin color of crayfish was measured by using chromameter with in the CIE L*a*b* system in order to measure the growth performance and color change. Then the data were analyzed on statistical significances: Variance and 95% Confidence Interval Mean by using computer program. Results : The results found that the growth performance of crayfish with four different diets for twelve weeks was different. Crayfish were fed with Fresh Thai fairy shrimp had the effect on their weight per day and specific growth rate (P<0.05); moreover, Fresh Thai fairy shrimp also affected the value of red color (a*) which was more statistically significant difference (P<0.05) than commercial feed. Conclusion : Crayfish were fed with Fresh Thai fairy shrimp affected on the growth performance of crayfish, and it also had the effect on the value of red color (a*).
