Sound level are more than 85 dBA in the work place. Even though there are several noise control measures in the work place but we have not known about attitudes and preventive behaviors in noise exposure of workers. Objective : To examine the attitudes and self – protection behaviors in noise exposure of workers in concen- trated latex manufacturer. Method : The population consisted of 91 who worked in concentrated latex manufacturer in Trang Province. The data were collected by using questionnaire and were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results : In term of the attitudes, the employees had high level ( X ± S.D.= 3.83 ± 0.30). As far as preventive behaviors is concerned, 71.4 % of workers who used ear plug and 86.8 % were trained about hearing protection. Workers rarely taking noise activities in daily life. For example, they did not play shooting sport (100%), play the music (98.9%) and visit noisy bars (94.5%), respectively.
