If they perceive about mental health and quality of life, Supportive staffs can self-care to prevent mental health problems. The executives have the guidelines for promotion and development for personnel. Objective: To study mental health status, Quality of life and the relationship between mental health status and quality of life of supportive staff in college of nursing. Methods: This research was cross-sectional study. There were 50 supportive staffs in college of nursing who worked more than 6 months. The research instrument were General Health Questionnaire -28 and WHOQOL – BREF – THAI -26. Data were collected in January 2019. Data were analyzed by descriptive and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient . Results: 1) The most of supportive staff had normal mental health (94.00%). 2) The overall quality of life was good (56.00%), in addition to moderate quality of life (44.00%), In the physical domain were equal moderate and good level (50 percent), the psychological domain was good level (76.00%), the social relationship was good level (54.00%) and the environment domain was the moderate level (34.00%) 3) Mental health status was high positively correlated (r = .588, p <.01) with quality of life, age and time at current job were not correlated with quality of life. Conclusion: Supportive staffs who have good mental health, as well as have a good quality of life. There are affected to life and work satisfaction. Then it is benefit to organization.
