1621 การประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติมหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ ครั้งที่ 29 ประจ�ำปี 2562 วิจัยและนวัตกรรมเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน The Sanitation of Food Stalls in Primary Schools Areas Nakhon Si Thammarat Province Somsiri Decharat 1* and Prasert Pan-in 2 Abstract Introduction: Arranging lunch is one of the most important duties of school because the primary schools’ cafeteria does not meet the stand; this will have an influence on health effects on the study and food part comes from private food stores. Objective: 1) To study the food sanitation and 2) To test the microbiological contamination by using test kit SI-2 food stalls area primary school, Nakhon Si Thammarat. Methods: This study surveyed study of food stalls in Primary Schools Areas of Pipun and Chawang districts, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province from 59 shops. This study was a purposive sample and collected data including food, drinking water, bowls and containers, glass, spoon, chopsticks, and hands touch cooking 150 by using test kit SI-2. Results: The results found that 46.00 percent could not pass the criteria of the container or scoop ice must be clean, 43.00 percent could not pass the criteria of the drinking water must be clean container and cover off, and 43.00 percent could not pass the criteria of spoon chopsticks standing in a transparent container and clean up, remove the shaft and concealed and keep the height of at least 60 cm. 54.00 percent are contaminated with coliform bacteria. Conclusion: Food stalls should be aware and participate in the food sanitation development for the order to control the quality of the students even more secure.
