Therefore, one type of learning management that will help encourage learners to develop creative and innovative skills is to manage learning for students according to the full study guidelines. By going through the engineering design process that focuses on learning through creativity And practice to solve problems or meet needs systematically Objective : The purpose of this action research was developing 9th grade students’ creativity and innovation skill in the Topic of Enjoy with STEM Education Project Using STEM Approach Based on Engineering Design Process Following STEM Education In Learning Methods : This research utilizes a classroom action research. The participants in this research were 24 students with special ability in science math and technology of a school in Suratthani. Research instruments consist of the lesson plans of Engineering design process based on STEM Education, work sheets and creative and innovation skills measurement form. Qualitative and quantitative data analysis were used in this study includ- ing content analysis and percentage. Results : The results showed that using stem approach based on engineering design process in accordance with the full study guidelines, when the research is complete in the 3rd operational cycle. The most creativity and innovation skills was elaboration and flexibility. Next, the third most creativity and innovation skill was originality and fluency. Conclusion : Learning management through the engineering design process according to the full study helps develop creative and innovative skills.
