Most of them are being faced the problem of the lacking educational quality. A needs assessment is the information that help the administrators to choose the suitable administration plan for their schools. Objective : 1) to compare the different needs for administration of small size school under Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area as classified by gender, education background, working experience and Primary Edu- cational Service Area, 2) to assess a needs for administration of small size school under Songkhla Primary Edu- cational Service Area and, 3) to study the guideline for administration of small size school under Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area. Method : This research is the studying and assessment a needs for administration of small size school The sample, drawn according to the stratified random sampling by Educational Service Area and the simple random sampling by drawing lots, consisted of 285 small size school teachers under Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area in the 2017 academic year. The instrument was a rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used for data analysis are percentage, mean ( x ), standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, F-test, Modified Priority Need Index (PNI Modified ) and, Content Analysis. Results : 1)The overall current state of a needs for administration of small size school were in high level and the expected state were in highest level. 2)The comparison of the current state of a needs for administration of small size school under Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area in terms of variable of Primary Education- al Service Area, revealed statistical difference at the significant level of .05 whereas there were no significant in in terms of variable of gender, education background and working experience 3) The comparison of the expect- ed state of a needs for administration of small size school under Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area in terms of variable of education background, revealed statistical difference at the significant level of .05 whereas there were no significant in terms of variable of gender, working experience and Primary Educational Service Area. 4) The academic aspect administration aspect ranked the first. 4)The guideline for administration of small size school were that : making MOU between the small size school and the university and using distance learn- ing via satellite.
