The travel trends tend to be arranged their trip foreign individual tourist for to learn foreign cultures, so that it’s effect for Hostel business that grow increasingly continuously. Objective : To study the satisfaction of tourist towards hostel management. A case study in hatyai. Methods : The researcher used quantitative Research method to analyze data for this study. A case study in Hatyai (Niphatuthit 1 rd., Niphatuthit 3 Rd., and Thammanoonvithi Rd.,) A sample is tourist who are experience in Hostel, a total of 250 sample. The researcher uses quota sampling and analyze data by percentage means and standard deviation. Results : The result found that the majority of sample for this research are male, foreign tourists from Malaysia who aged between 25-34 years old. Majority of the sample are single. Sample satisfaction has a significant effect on a services quality with average score is 4.40, a quality of accommodation is 4.22, a security monitoring is 4.03 and a hostel’s facilities is 3.99 respectively. Conclusion : As a result of this study, it found that services quality is the most effect to satisfaction of the tourist especially staffs’ attentive, help them to fix a problem and have a good language skill to communicate with foreigner.
