So the behavior and the attitude of the customer are very important to the banking industry. Objective: to study the behavior and attitudes of using SCB Easy Pay electronic payment service by consumers of Siam Commercial Bank PCL in Hat Yai district, Songkhla. Methods: quantitative method. The population used in this study is SCB customers In the Hat Yai district, Songkhla. The sample size was 400 people. Results: The respondents were mostly female. Age between 26-45 years old. Average monthly income 10,001- 15,000 Baht. Use of the service during the time of 15.01-18.00 am. And choose the minimum payment of the payment in the payment limit of 500 Baht. Most of the service used at the department store. The product which mostly buy were clothes. Most of the electronic services used to transfer money through the bank. Frequency of use is about 1-2 times per month. The respondent chose the electronic payment system because it was easy to use and comfortable to pay. Conclusion: the result of this research found that the difference in sex, education, occupation, income had no significant difference in opinion on intention to use SCB Easy Pay electronic payment service..
