The attitudes to tourism information service quality are positively correlated with travel behavior. Objective : To investigate the association between the tourist demographic factors and the satisfaction of tourism information service of Trang and Satun Province. Methods : The sample consists of 200 foreign tourists visiting Trang and Satun Province. Data was collected by questionnaire and T-test and One-way Analysis of Variance was employed to test the hypotheses. Results : The foreign tourists with the difference between gender and religion have similar tourism information service satisfaction (p>0.05). However, the foreign tourists with the difference between age and hometown continent have diverse tourism information service satisfaction (p<0.05). C onclusion : The results suggest that the tourists who are over 60 years old and travel from Europe, Africa and Australia should be more provided the tourism information.
