The application of technology for business operations are various and software is one of the technology. Especially the software that meets the needs of the business. Objective : To develop the software package for the small and medium enterprises restaurant with the responsive web design. Methods : 1) software analysis and design with object-oriented concepts. The software function is divided into independent and consists of the information management for a) food menu b) food ordering c) food delivery d) recipes and inventory with first in first out inventory method 2) software development with the tools including of a) PHP b) MySQL c) Apache web server d) Bootstrap framework for responsive web design. Result : the software works with responsive web functionality that supports on smart device. Users choose or ignore any functions they want. We do the software evaluation with black box testing methods and evaluated from the questionnaire. The result shows this software works properly according to the test case. The satisfaction level for the software testing is good. Conclusion : The assessor is satisfied with the use of the software. The suggestions is to add more function as table reservation, sales promotion. For the future work will develop more additional functions to meet the software complete.
