And Lentinus polychrous Lev. This study was mea- sured chlorophyll, β -carotene, lycopene and enhanced activity of Lactobacillus sp. It was found that Lentinus polychrous Lev. Showed the most of chlorophyll at 16.976 mg/100 mg. The analysis revealed that R. luteotac- ta Rea. was showed the highest β -carotene at 0.621 mg/100 mg of concentration at 25 mg/ml. Protential prebiotic activity of dried wild mushroom was showed different growth characteristivs dependently on used mushrooms. The dried mushrooms of the stalk and the cap of Amanita princeps Corner & Bas. Showed the most of enhance activity at 156.53 and 161.25 %, respectively. Keywords: prebiotic, wild edible mushroom
