ฌ Executive Summary The goat Farming Sharing (Pa Wha) Poverty Alleviation Phatthalung Province Model is a beacon of hope, aiming to develop a model for raising goats to alleviate poverty (Operating Model) at an area level appropriate to the potential of poor households/the target poor and consistent with the local context enter the production chain (Pro-poor Value Chain) to develop careers for poor households/targeted poor people. Through ready-to-use innovation/appropriate technology (Appropriate technology), we can raise income levels by up to 20 % and unlock the potential of poor households/the target poor. This project provides access to opportunities that enhance social status (social mobility), government access, and private and civil society welfare. We carry out six activities, each one a step towards empowerment, consisting of information system activities, farm recording system/goat health recording system, Goat house brilliant farm system activities, Goat food and health management activities, activities to manage waste materials from farms to add value, activities to make goat curry paste, kakakula, bulsa, and mekka spices and activities for managing the intellectual property of people experiencing poverty in the areas of 5 districts, namely Pak Phayun, Kong Ra, Tamode, Pa Bon, and Pa Phayom. The operation model found that carrying out the Goat Raising Project has been a resounding success; KR1: Policy recommendations setting a new foothold in the livestock sector in the future using the case of raising goats using the innovative farm system to create a Block Chain system, KR2: Uses 31 knowledge to be transferred. KR3: The number of poor farmers who use technology and innovation is 386 households that practice smart farming. KR4: The number of low-income families in rural and urban areas that use research, knowledge, technology, and innovation is 6 0 households. KR5: The number of poor workers and poor, vulnerable groups who have access to knowledge, technology and innovation that is beneficial to their careers and have skills related to technology and innovation for their jobs is 386 people, and KR6: The number of poor workers and poor, vulnerable groups that increased income from the use of knowledge technology and innovation: a staggering 3 8 6 people, a testament to the project's effectiveness in improving livelihoods.
