Abstract
The results of study on satisfaction of mushroom cultivation farmers in Ban Dong Khram on technological
transferring for mushroom farm management showed that, most of farmer samples were female with the ages of 25-50
years. They graduated in elementary education. Farming was a career of them with their income at approximately
4,001-5,000 baths per month. After determination of satisfaction of mushroom farm management, the results found
that, the farmers satisfied at height to the highest levels. The mean values from the highest to lowest were comfortable
of suitability of the lecturer, knowledge utilization, workshop place, workshop document, suitability of the course
works and provider staff, respectively. For processing, the lectures with practices were used for farmers training. This
method is simple and can be used in their life. The workshop was carried out for two days and expected that the
farmers can be brought the knowledge in this workshop to their life for 100 percent with increasing of earning from
1,001-2,000 baths (81.25 percent)
