Abstract
The study on “Budget Management Participatory Policy of Higher EducationEffectively” that
aims to study the various elements. Affecting policy of higher education is desirable. The purpose is to
Education policy, fiscal management of higher education institutions involved and assessing the
possibilities. To get the desirable context of today's world and the future.The development of quality
education using a qualitative research study of papers and in-depth interviews.
The results showed that the administrative budget contribution of higher education
effectivelyfeatures three of the following: 1) Developing managing budgets 2) To promote the
participation of stakeholders and 3) Development of a participatory approach to fiscal management
effectiveness. The higher education sector will be applied to all four sides with a mission to achieve
