Abstract
The objective of this paper was to study Factors that affect customer satisfaction for Financial and
Accounting service of KMITL Prince of Chumphon. The serving, staff services, and information services
systems. The results have to improve and development services to be able to serve efficiency. And match
the needs of most clients. As well as to guide the strategy of providing.The results of the study were
satisfied with the service staff, staff services at high level and information services systems is moderate.
And approach to serving the financial and accounting efficiency. The guidelines for the design of the
software financial and accounting services, management information systems at the center. A knowledge
management, financial and accounting. The staff acted correctly according to the rules. The knowledge
management system is also the central of communication between officials and staff of financial and
accounting as well.
