Abstract
The aims of this study, the development of the components of a high performance
organization of Higher Education Institutions, were 1) to study the importance of the elements of a high
performance organization of the Higher Education Institutions and 2) to develop the individual
components of a high performance organization of the Higher Education Institutions. Qualitative
methodology from key informants consists of the total of 18 people chosen by the individual by
purposive sampling.
The research found that the individual components of a high performance organization of the
Higher Education Institutions which the researchers have analyzed and synthesized to create a policy
recommendationscalled "HEI High Performance Organization Policy recommendations" consists of 1)
Total Quality Management 2) Long-term Oriented Organization 3) Customer-Oriented Organization 4)
Teamwork 5) LearningOrganization and 6)Good governance.It emphasizes the sum of all activities
designed to enhance the capabilities and value of technical services to the public the most.
