Abstract
This research aims: 1) to study and evaluate the service standards of the station staff 2) to study
and evaluate the service standards of the staff on the train, and 3) to study and evaluate inspection
standards on the train. The study used to evaluative research and Data analyzed by using percentageǰand
standard deviation. The results showed that 1) the station staff who can follow the standards of service
were ticket sellers and station masters respectively. 2) The staff on the train who can follow the standards
of service were coach attendant, head of the train, Employees check tickets on the train (Brake man)
respectively. 3) Inspect standards on the train Scored 79.3 percent.
