Abstract
This research aimed to study and compare the behavior and attitudes of motivation of
entrepreneurs to the construction workers were classified by nature of enterprise, type of labor,
number of labor and operation time including study the problems and suggestions
,
by collecting data
from a questionnaire which analyzed data using Chi Square and one-way variance (ANOVA) values.
Results of analyzed data found that entrepreneurs have motivation that differ according to general
status. By corporate type entrepreneurs have safety attitudes and regulations rather thanpersonalas
welfare, relations and training less than personal type entrepreneurs. It also found that enterprise with
skilled labors have attitude of motivation of welfare and was accepted overother enterprises. Based on
the findings, the researchers have suggested is the personal type entrepreneurs should be focus on the
safety as corporate type should be focus on the welfare and relations to establish ties with the
enterprise.
