บทคัดยอ
งานวิ จัยนี้เปนการศึกษาศักยภาพทางพลั งงานของแกลบและขี้เลื่อยซึ่งเปนเศษวัสดุเหลือทิ้งจากโรงสี ขาว
และจากโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมแปรรู ปไมในพื้นที่ภาคใตตอนกลางของประเทศไทย โดยอาศัยขอมูลสถิติปริ มาณ
แกลบและขี้เลื่อยจากอุตสาหกรรมจั งหวัดในชวง 5 ป ระหว างป พ.ศ. 2544-2548 เพื่อนํามาคํานวณหาค าพลังงานโดย
ใชคาความรอนที่ไดจากการวิเคราะหตามมาตรฐาน ASTM D2105 และได มีการหาปริมาณเทียบเทาน้ํามันของ
พลั งงานจากแกลบและขี้เลื่อย หลังจากนั้ นจึงนําขอมูลมาจัดทําเป นแผนที่ศักยภาพโดยใชโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร
สําเร็ จรูป SURFER32 ผลที่ไดจากการศึกษาบงชี้วาพื้ นที่ภาคใตตอนกลางของประเทศไทยมีปริมาณแกลบอยูในชวง
78.55-93.87 ton/yr โดยมีศักยภาพทางพลังงานอยูในชวง 1,128-1,348 MJ/yr เทียบเทาน้ํ ามันดิบ 32.96-39.39 toe
และมี ปริมาณขี้เลื่อยอยูในชวง 358,459-398,257 ton/yr โดยมีศักยภาพทางพลังงานอยู ในชวง 5.789-6.431 TJ/yr
เทียบเทาน้ํามันดิบ 104.75-116.38 ktoe โดยพื้นที่อําเภอระโนด จังหวัดสงขลาเปนพื้นที่ที่มีศักยภาพทางพลังงานของ
แกลบสูงสุดและอําเภอวั งวิเศษจังหวัดตรังเปนพื้นที่ที่มีศักยภาพทางพลังงานของขี้ เลื่อยสูงสุด
Abstract
This research aim is to investigate the energy yield of rice husk and sawdust which are the two main
residues from rice mills and sawmills in central areas of southern thailand. The 5-years (2001-2005) statistical data
of rice husk and sawdust yields obtained from the provincial industry office were used for computing energy yield
based on the heating value that analyzed under the ASTM D2105 standard. Ton oil equivalent of energy from rice
husk and sawdust were also investigated. Hence, the energy potential maps were created using computer software,
namely, SURFER32. Results showed that the rice husk yield in central areas of southern Thailand was in the range
of 78.55-93.87 ton/yr and the energy potential was in the range of 1,128-1,348 MJ/yr corresponding to 32.96-
39.39 toe whereas the content of sawdust was in the range of 358,459-398,257 ton/yr and the energy potential was
in the range of 5.789-6.431 TJ/yr corresponding to 104.75-116.38 ktoe. Moreover, the results also revealed that,
Ranode district, Songkhla Province and Wang Wiset district, Trang Province were the two major areas where the
energy potential of rice husk and sawdust were the highest.
