range of 0.8-1.0 W and the annual average was 0.84 W. Most of the energy was charged into the battery bank in
order to drive the 784 W D.C. motor pump. Since the water pumping system was hybridized by two sources of
energy i.e. PV and WTG, the power output generated by a WTG was much smaller than generated by a PV
system, however, the system still performs to pump water into the storage tank with 2.5 m head.
