Results and Discussion
The 2,6-DBVP obtained from Witting reaction was a yellow viscous. The witting reaction from 3,5-di-
tert

butyl-4-hydroxylbenzadehyde and methyltriphenylphosphonium iodide as shown in scheme 1.
