Results and Discussion
The 2,6-DBVP obtained from Witting reaction was a yellow viscous. The witting reaction from 3,5-di-
tert
-
butyl-4-hydroxylbenzadehyde and methyltriphenylphosphonium iodide as shown in scheme 1.

The absorption bands of 2,6-DBVP compared with 2,6-di-
ter
t-butylphenol, 3,5-di-

hydroxybenzaldehyde were demonstrated in Table 1 and Fig. 1.
