งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุ ประสงค์เพื่อ สร้างเครื่ องควบคุมการใช้ไฟฟ้ าในสํานักงานหรื อห้องเรี ยน และทําการ
ทดสอบสมรรถนะตามนโยบายการประหยัดพลังงานของหน่ วยงานราชการ เครื่ องควบคุ มภาระไฟฟ้ าใน
สํ านักงานหรื อห้องเรี ยนที่ ได้ ทําการสร้ างขึ้ นอยู่ในขอบเขตที่ มี ความสามารถในการควบคุ ม การเปิ ด-ปิ ด
เครื่ องใช้ไฟฟ้ าตามนโยบายของรั ฐบาล และ จัดลําดับการเริ่ มต้นการทํางานของคอมเพรสเซอร์ให้เริ่ มต้นทํางานที
ละเครื่ อง โดยนําเทคโนโลยีทางด้านไมโครคอนโทรลเลอร์ มาเป็ นหั วใจหลักในการควบคุ ม และ ออกแบบเพื่อ

ภาระในสํานักงานหรือห้องเรี ยนสามารถควบคุมการเปิ ด-ปิ ดอุ ปกรณ์ไฟฟ้ าในสํ าหนักงานและห้องเรียนได้อย่าง
ถูกต้องสมบู รณ์ตามคําสั่ งของโปรแกรมและการควบคุมลําดับการสตาร์ ทของคอมเพรสเซอร์ แต่ละตัวได้อย่าง
ถูกต้องแม่ นยํา

Abstract
The objective of this research was a construction of the electrical load control machine for an office or
class room following energy saving polity of the government. The electrical load control machine for the office
or class room was constructed that can control the electric device on-off switches following by the government
policy and the sequential operations of compressor start each the other. Using technology about microcontroller
is a main control and design that including efficiency to use a energy control on the office or class room. The
results of research showed that the electrical load control machine for the office or class room can control the
electric device on-off switch in the office and class room exactly and perfectly up on the program command and
the operations sequential control of the compressor each part start work by exactly correct.
