In terms of disease severity, the PASI score improved significantly after 4 weeks of treatment
(median (IQR) PASI score 4.50(3.00, 8.03) at baseline vs. 3.70(2.30, 5.68) at the end of the study,
p<0.0001). On the other hand, the quality of life measured with EQ-5D-5L did not change significantly
after treatment (median (IQR) EQ-5D-5L score at baseline 0.96(0.92, 1.00) vs. 0.97(0.93, 1.00) at week 4).
