producers and 100 agencies. The study employed percentage, mean, standard deviation and One-Way Analysis of
Variance (ANOVA) to analyze the data. The main finings can be summarized as follows. According to the
producers, most of them received the less level in all categories of the promotion from the government and private
agencies. The results of One-Way ANOVA tests were found that most of variables were no evidence with the
promotion from the government and private agencies. According to the government and private agency, most of
agencies had the fair participatory level except the promotion of the group correcting. It had the high level. The
results of One-Way ANOVA tests were found that most of variables were no evidence with the participation of the
government and private agencies except annual budgets of agencies.
