A variety of studies can be found in the literature for
the investigations of single-phase heat transfer
characteristics in minichannels and microchannels. In this
work, the heating plate at the top-side is used to supply
heat flux to the cold water side or multiport minichannel
side. Therefore, the results from this work are quite
different from the previous works. The other main finding
from this work is the comparison of the experimental
results with the classical method.
