Abstract
This article aims to compare the expectations and satisfaction by members of the general information on
credit union services. Data ware collected by questionnaire from a sample of 381 people analyze the data were
analyzed using percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The results showed that Credit union
members age. Type of savings Wadi-ah different. The expected to provide overall difference is statistically significant
at the .05 level. Data of members with income status, type of service credit deposits vary are expected to provide
overall difference is statistically significant at the .01 level.
Credit union members with gender, income, average salary, status and types of savings have different youth
satisfaction with services overall difference is statistically significant at the .05 level. The branch of membership
differences in their satisfaction with services overall difference is statistically significant at the .01 level.
