Abstract
Water shortage problem occurs all regions and also it has damaged agricultural. The objectives of this
research were to look for general water management in community, to evaluate willingness to pay for increasing of
water and affective factors of willingness to pay for cooperation in water management. Data were collected from 70
randomly selected farmers in Bang Kiet Singha Nakhon District, Songkhla Province. The investigation of district
water management showed that community waterworks, reserved rainwater for consumption and agriculture and
individuales utility. Accounting to the results, annual willingness to pay for concede canal project was found to be
approximately 279.91 Baht, for water drainage in the monkeyes cheeks project was set up to be around 227.63 Baht
and for weir was established to be about 430.88 Baht of the highest willingness to for increasing of water
management.
