Abstract
The purposes of this research were to compare analytical thinking on acid - base matter by
using inquiry based learning model with STEM Education and inquiry - based learning model and
attitudes toward STEM Education of the grade 11 student. The research findings were shown that
1) The comparison of analytical thinking by using inquiry - based learning model was significantly
posttest higher than pretest at 0.01 level. 2) The comparison of analytical thinking posttest by using
inquiry based learning model with STEM Education was no different significantly at 0.01 level. 3) The
comparison of analytical thinking by using inquiry based learning model with STEM Education and
inquiry - based learning model was significantly different at 0.01 level. 4) Attitudes toward STEM
Education by using inquiry based learning model with STEM Education was at a high level.
