Abstract
The research study was aimed at 1) Investigating the levels of organizational learning culture
2) Developing strategy of organizational learning culture of University Lecturers in Songkhla Province. In
this quantitative research, 400 lecturers from public, autonomous and private universities in Songkhla
were used as the research’s participants. Multi-stage sampling technique was used. The questionnaires
were responded and returned 347 (86.75 %). The results of this study revealed that 1) the overall
level of the organizational learning cultures of the university lecturers in Songkhla was at a moderate
level. When pondered each dimensions, it was found that the highest mean belonged to the variable
on continuous learning. The other dimensions were at moderate levels 2) The strategy of organizational
learning culture is beginning from individual development to contribute continuous learning.
